Freshness Guaranteed

Our fresh lobster - are shipped directly from the lobster boats in Maine to assure freshness. Our authentic lobster holding tanks can accommodate over 3,000 lobsters in circulating chilled salt water. We also supply seaweed for shipping.

Our Clams - come directly from the pristine waters of Narragansett Bay. All clams are placed in our Clam Purging System (the only one in Upstate New York) for a minimum of 24 hours which cleans the clams in circulating salt water which passes through ultra-violet light to kill any bacteria.

Our guarantee is simple. If for any reason you feel that our product is not fresh, we will give you your money back!
