Cooking Instructions

Tails
Thaw in warm water appox 15 minutes.
Broil: split shell length-wise & place under broiler for 10-15 minutes
Grilled:Split shell length-wise. Baste meat with butter. Wrap in foil & place on grill for 10-15 minutes.

Live Lobster
Place lobster into boiling salted (optional) water.
Cover; Boil 10-15 minutes for 1st pound and 1 minute for each additional 1/4 lb. The shell will appear bright red when done.
Options: Add peppercorns or lemon wedges to boiling water.

Storing live Lobster
Refrigerate in open bag or box
Original plastic bag is okay.
DO NOT PUT IN WATER - as they will die almost instantly!

Clams
Place in steamer - when they open they are done.
**Try cooking them on a grill - they cook right in their own juice

  • Place on grill
  • Open cover, med-hi heat
  • When they open - they're done!
